Waveqi is a DAW and DJ engine built around one idea: the journal. Every action is a command, every session is a document, and replay is exact — the architecture is verified by a test harness before anything ships.

The engine is a Rust real-time core with CLAP, VST3, and AUv2 plugin hosting, MIDI clock and Ableton Link sync, keylock, and stem support. Production and performance share one engine instead of two products.

Because everything runs on commands, Waveqi is programmable end to end — scriptable from the CLI, and ready for AI assistants that drive the same surface the interface uses.

Waveqi is in active development by a solo founder.
